Friend: He’s leaving.
Me: Leaving what?
Friend: The marriage.
Me: Oh.

This could be a writing prompt. Seriously though, as a listener you definitely qualify as a true friend. As a previously divorced person, it is one of the most difficult things to go through every.

Well, Steve took my comment. That is what friends do best when we need to talk.
I have two people in my life I consider friends. I never get tired of either one of them. Everyone else I know (besides family) annoy me on multiple levels. She is the closest to me. My heart aches for her.
