Conversation Thursday: Survery Says

Published by auria cortes at 7:04 pm under Uncategorized

When Linda was twenty, she worked as a surveyor. You know, the person who calls during dinner and wants to ask a few questions regarding your opinion on products and services. Here’s a phone call she’ll never forget.

Linda: I’m calling on behalf of American Express Blue Card. Are you currently a member?
Member with Heavy Accent: Yes.

Linda: I’d to ask you a few questions about your experience with the Blue Card.

MHA: Okay

Linda: On a scale of 1-5, how do you rate your satisfaction with the Blue Card?

MHA: 5

Linda: Was there a need for you to call Blue Card Customer Service within the last six months.

MHA: Yes

Linda: On a scale from 1-5, how do you rate your customer service experience?

MHA: 4

Linda: Do you have the Green Card?

MHA: What?

Linda: Do you have the Green Card?

MHA: Green card?

Linda: Yes, the Green Card.

MHA: I have to go.

Linda: You don’t understand, I’m talking about…

MHA: (click, member hangs up the phone)

OMG! That’s too funny! My hubby had a job as a data collector, he had to go door to door, this is when he was younger. He went into this ladies house and she was narcoleptic. She fell asleep when he was asking her questions. He said she slept for about two minutes. He said it was very strange.

That is funnier than FK!!! And thank God Conversation Thursday returns, love it.

rainlillie - I used to have an employee that I hired that turned out to be narcoleptic. That shit’s just weird. I’d call a staff meeting and zonk … I ended up firing him. He couldn’t stay awake during staff meetings.

Doug, I didn’t realize that last week I forgot Conversation Thursday. With my WordPress issues, it completely slipped my mind. I won’t let it happen again. :-)
