The Seventy Days of Sweat Writing Challenge is going well. This weekend I wrote 2, 133 words for Mija.  

As a favor for a friend, I reviewed and edited a book proposal. He’s far away from a solid book proposal. Unfortunately, he won’t know it until he reads my comments. 

I finished reading Lucia, Lucia. And read only a few sentences of The Road before I put it down. Apparently, The Road’s takes place in an apocalyptic setting.  That’s such a turn off for me. I’ve heard great things about The Road and may decide to pick it up in a few months. But for now, The Road has to hit the road because I can’t get passed the apocalyptic thing. So I picked up the Doctor’s Daughter. So far so good.
