What I’m Up To - Writing Marketing Copy

Since the first draft of my novel is finished, I have gone back to work. Okay, not that I really stopped working, but I did lessened my workload (that means I only took on a few clients a week) so I could concentrate on writing.

The past two weeks, I stepped up my marketing efforts letting people know I’m back in action. Marketing collaterial I wrote includes articles, press releases, and web copy.

I also spent my time contacting reporters and editors.

So I’m busy. Working. And all I think about is picking up my paint brush.

    I think that day jobs just get in the way with what we really want to do. If I didn’t work, I know I’d be writing like a mad-man.
